Mad Waves ("we," "us," or "our") is a personal-assistant service operated as a sole proprietorship by Brian J. Lunsford. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you communicate with our assistant ("Moneypenny") by phone call or text message (SMS/MMS), how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide or that the account owner provides on your behalf — such as your name and mobile phone number.
• Message and call content — the content of text messages and phone calls you exchange with our assistant, including any details you choose to share.
• Technical metadata generated by the carrier or our telephony provider, such as timestamps and delivery status.

How we use your information

• To respond to your messages and calls and to carry out requests made by or on behalf of the account owner (for example: appointment confirmations, reminders, notifications, and brief conversational replies).
• To maintain a record of our communications with you.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information (including your phone number) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only with the service providers that operate our messaging and telephony on our behalf (for example, our SMS/voice carrier and platform vendors), and only as needed to deliver the service. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

SMS / text messaging

If you receive text messages from us, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Data retention

We retain communications and related records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
